利用废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料作为包覆材料,采用简单的物理包覆技术对SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光材料进行表面包覆。X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、激发发射光谱、热重分析、透射电子显微镜观察和耐水性能测试等实验结果表明,包覆层薄,厚度为5~10 nm,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的包覆质量分数为4.9%,包覆没有改变材料的内部结构,对材料的发光性能影响较小。包覆能有效改善材料的防水性能,经过15 h浸水后,材料初始发光强度依然达到5.02 cd/m2,余辉时间达到10 h以上。
Using waste styrofoam as cladding material, SrAl2O4:Eu2 +, Dy3 + long-lasting luminescent materials were surface-coated by simple physical coating technique. X-ray powder diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, excitation and emission spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, transmission electron microscopy and water resistance test results show that the coating is thin, the thickness of 5 ~ 10 nm, polystyrene foam The coating mass fraction was 4.9%. The coating did not change the internal structure of the material and had little effect on the luminescent properties of the material. The coating can effectively improve the waterproof performance of the material. After 15 h immersion, the initial luminous intensity of the material still reaches 5.02 cd / m2, and the afterglow time reaches more than 10 h.
