就瑞香狼毒根乙醇提取物 (简称SCEE)对菜粉蝶、桃蚜、小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾和亚洲玉米螟的生物活性进行了测定。采用夹毒法测定 ,SCEE处理 2天后菜粉蝶五龄幼虫胃毒作用的LD50 为 1 2 .32mg/头。采用叶碟法测定 ,当SCEE浓度分别为 5 ,1 0和 5 0mg mL时 ,处理 7天后菜粉蝶五龄幼虫 ,小菜蛾三龄幼虫和斜纹夜蛾三龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为 1 0 0 %、65 .5 2 %和 1 6.67%。采用浸叶法测定 ,SCEE处理 2天后 ,桃蚜的LC50 值为0 .5 92 2mg mL。采用食料混药法测定 ,处理 7天和 1 4后 ,SCEE对亚洲玉米螟三龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别65 .5 2 %和 85 .5 2 %。以上结果表明SCEE对菜粉蝶幼虫、亚洲玉米螟幼虫和桃蚜具有很强的生物活性 ,而对斜纹夜蛾幼虫和小菜蛾幼虫的生物活性弱
The biological activity of Stellera chamaejasme ethanol extract (SCEE) was determined for cabbage butterfly, Myzus persicae, Plutella xylostella, Spodoptera litura and Asiatic corn borer. Using sandwich method to determine, two days after SCEE treatment, the fifth instar larvae of cabbage butterfly larvae of gastric LD50 was 12.32mg / head. The corrected mortalities of 3rd-instar larvae of P. garlandii and 3rd instar larvae of P. litura were 7.0 after treatment with SCEE at concentrations of 5, 10 and 50 mg mL for 7 days, respectively 0%, 65 .5 2% and 1 6.67%. Using the leaf dipping method, the LC50 value of Myzus persicae was 0.9292 mg mL after 2 days of SCEE treatment. The corrected mortalities of SCEE against the 3rd instar larvae of the Asian maize borer were 65.52% and 85.52%, respectively, after being treated for 7 days and 14 days. The above results show that SCEE has strong biological activity on cabbage butterfly larvae, Asian corn borer larvae and Myzus persicae, but weak biological activity against Spodoptera litura larvae and Plutella xylostella larvae
