目的对子代大鼠进行产前束缚应激刺激,观察产前束缚应激刺激对子代大鼠空间学习记忆和运动能力的影响。方法在母鼠怀孕的13~19d,进行3次/d束缚应激,45min/次。于雌、雄仔鼠1月龄时对其进行Morris水迷、悬吊实验和斜坡实验。结果 Morris水迷宫实验中,应激组与对照组相比,寻找站台的潜伏期有明显的延长,P<0.05。策略方面,应激组多选择随机式,对照组多选择直线式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。悬吊实验和斜坡实验实验中,应激组得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产前束缚应激刺激对子代大鼠空间学习记忆能力和运动能力有一定的损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of prenatal restraint stress on spatial learning memory and motor ability in offspring rats. Methods 13 to 19 days of maternal pregnancy, 3 times / d restraint stress, 45min / time. Morris water fans, suspension experiments and slope experiments were performed on female and male pups at 1 month of age. Results In the Morris water maze test, the incubation period for finding the platform was significantly prolonged in the stress group compared with the control group, P<0.05. In terms of strategy, the stress group had more random choices and the control group had more straight-line choices. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the suspension experiment and slope experiment experiment, the score of the stress group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Prenatal restraint stress stimuli have some damage to the spatial learning ability and motor ability of offspring rats.
