本文介绍了飞机制造模式由模拟量协调体系向数字量协调体系转化过程中,如何在模拟量飞机上实施数字化技术,并在原则上不报废原有工装的情况下,建立一套与现行生产所用外形数据协调一致且设计和生产可用的飞机蒙皮数学模型。本文给出了一种基于模线样板建立飞机蒙皮类零件数学模型的方法。
