天津西站主拱节点承载力研究

天津西站屋盖结构采用单层联方网格形式的网壳,两端支承于高架层斜柱。网壳结构主要构件与屋盖拱脚均采用变截面薄壁箱梁。为满足建筑造型,主结构连接节点均采用相贯连接节点。屋盖主拱构件截面较大,截面不规则,相贯节点需考虑施工要求进行针对性设计。分析了主拱节点的构造形式,考虑到薄壁构件局部稳定性的要求,设计时还在节点内部布置纵横向加劲肋。进行了节点的受力分析,考察节点的应力分布与极限受力性能。 The roof structure of Tianjin West Railway Station uses the single-layer interconnected meshes in the form of grid shell, and both ends are supported by the overhead inclined column. The main components of the reticular shell structure and the roof arches are made of variable section thin-walled box girder. To meet the architectural style, the main structure of the connecting nodes are used to connect the nodes. Roof section of the main arch of a larger section, irregular cross-section, intersecting nodes need to consider the construction requirements for targeted design. The structure of the main arch node is analyzed. Considering the local stability requirements of the thin-walled component, the longitudinal and transverse stiffeners are also arranged inside the node during design. The stress analysis of the node was carried out to investigate the stress distribution and the ultimate stress performance of the node.
