深潜用复杂电力控制设备的分腔充油是一次大胆的试验。本文初步总结了深潜推进控制设备分腔充油过程中所遇到的各种问题,包括结构设计,内部减压、充油工艺等。实践表明,分腔充油有效地抑制了装置内部温升,极大地改善了电路工作环境,为装置的稳定可靠工作创造了条件。特别是使推进控制装置的尺寸重量有可能大为减小,或在尺寸不变的条件下使装置的功率增加。这对进一步缩小深潜器体积,提高深潜器航速和机动能力及续航力都有重要作用。这一技术可望推广到其它水下动力控制设备。
Deep submersible complex power control equipment sub-cavity oil filling is a bold test. This paper summarizes the various problems encountered in submerged oil filling of deep submersible propulsion control equipment, including structural design, internal depressurization, oil filling process and so on. Practice shows that sub-cavity oil filling effectively suppress the internal temperature rise, which greatly improved the working environment for the device to create a stable and reliable work conditions. In particular, it is possible to greatly reduce the size and weight of the propulsion control device or to increase the power of the device with the same size. This is to further reduce the size of the deep submersibles, improve the speed of submarine and maneuvering ability and endurance have an important role. This technology is expected to be extended to other underwater power control equipment.
