一、形位误差分类形位误差分为形状误差和位置误差两大类,见表1.前者是指单一要素被测实际形状对其理想形状的变动量;后者则是指关联要素的被测实际要素对其理想要素的变动量。根据对理想要素的不同要求,位置误差又可具体分为定向误差、定位误差和跳动等三类。定向误差所指的理想要素是与基准要素保持确定方向(如平行、垂直或任一给定方向)的几何要素;定位误差所指的理想要素是与基准要素保持确定位置(如同轴、对称或任一给定位置)
