生蒲黄是中药活血化瘀药物之一,《本草纲目》记载蒲黄能“凉血化瘀,止心腹诸痛”。我们结合临床治疗,曾先后选用数批家兔进行试验,观察其对实验性家兔冠心病的某些疗效。实验过程中发现生蒲黄预服药的早期有“降脂作用”。因此,有必要进一步重复预防用药方法,以期再次验证生蒲黄的疗效。选用两批家兔,第一批60只,对照组和实验组各30只:第二批40只,对照组和实验组各20只。对照组每兔每日喂蛋黄粉5克,猪油1.5克,保证基本吃完,共食12周。实验组喂同样饲料,惟每兔另加蒲黄粉16克,于停服高脂后续服蒲黄4周。喂养过程中第一批两组家兔共死4只,结果对照组存活27只,实验组存活29只。第二批两组家兔共死10只,结果对照组存活18只,实验组存活12只。实验结束,剪断颈动脉放血处死。剔出心脏和主动脉并固定于10%福马林液中,供作冠脉粥样硬化程度评级分析用。
Health Puhuang is one of the traditional Chinese medicines for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The “Compendium of Materia Medica” records that Puhuang can “cool blood and remove blood stasis, and stop confidants.” In combination with clinical treatment, we have used several batches of rabbits to conduct trials to observe certain therapeutic effects on experimental coronary heart disease in rabbits. In the course of the experiment, there was a “lipid-lowering effect” in the early phase of the premedication of P. cataracta. Therefore, it is necessary to further repeat the method of preventive drug use in order to once again verify the efficacy of raw Puhuang. Two batches of rabbits were selected, the first batch of 60 rabbits, the control group and the experimental group of 30 rabbits each: the second batch of 40 rabbits, the control group and the experimental group of 20 rabbits each. In the control group, 5 grams of egg yolk powder and 1.5 grams of lard were fed to each rabbit every day to ensure basic eating and a total of 12 weeks. The experimental group fed the same feed, but each rabbit added another 16 grams of Puhuang powder to stop taking high-fat follow-up clothing Puhuang for 4 weeks. During the feeding process, the first batch of rabbits in the first two groups died, and as a result, the control group survived in 27 animals, and the experimental group survived in 29 animals. The second group of rabbits died in 10 groups. As a result, the control group survived 18 and the experimental group survived 12 animals. At the end of the experiment, the carotid artery was cut and killed. The heart and aorta were excised and fixed in 10% formalin solution for coronary atherosclerosis rating analysis.
