针对石油从单个烃源层(或烃源灶)向一个油藏分前、后两期充注的成藏条件,本文以塔河油田奥陶系油藏为例,尝试采用代表每一期充注的两个端元原油样品,作模拟两期充注混合油的人工配比实验。借助于气相色谱工作站的分析数据处理软件,可以从混合油样的色谱图上实测出可分辨组分与未分辨的复杂混合物(UCM)的峰面积比值R/U,并建立混合油样配比率与其R/U值的相关曲线,作为两期成藏原油充注比率的测算图版。基于前期充注原油曾遭到强烈生物降解作用的事实,在实际采集的原油样品的全油气相色谱图上,同样可以测得R/U值,用以表征两期充注原油的烃类数量比率,然后再在原油充注比率测算图版上,将R/U值折算成该原油样品中前、后两期充注原油的数量的比率。
