智能电网可以有效地利用能源利用率、提高供电系统可靠性和安全性、降低输电网的电能损耗、减少对环境的影响。通过对智能电网实时运行状态的掌握,可以及时发现、快速诊断和消除故障隐患,从提升配电系统运行的可靠性和安全性。此外,智能电网形成一个新型智能化服务网络,高度结合了各种电力基础设施和最新的信息技术,从而实现电力系统高效安全、清洁可靠的运行目标。本文首先阐述了智能电网对通信技术的要求,然后重点分析了智能电网通信网络及其通信体系,最后分析了智能电网通信安全技术。
The smart grid can effectively utilize the energy utilization rate, improve the reliability and safety of the power supply system, reduce the power loss of the transmission grid and reduce the impact on the environment. By mastering the real-time running status of the smart grid, it can timely detect, quickly diagnose and eliminate the hidden trouble of the fault, and improve the reliability and safety of the operation of the power distribution system. In addition, the smart grid forms a new intelligent service network that combines various power infrastructures with the latest information technologies to achieve efficient, clean, and reliable operation of power systems. In this paper, firstly, the requirements of smart grid for communication technology are elaborated. Then, the communication network of smart grid and its communication system are analyzed emphatically. Finally, the communication security technology of smart grid is analyzed.
