为改善建筑业安全生产现状,提出一种土木工程与安全科学技术交叉融合的施工安全生产工艺学方法。首先以施工工艺流程为切入点,分解整个生产过程,获得包括多个工艺步骤的工艺流程图;进而分析各个工艺步骤的控制参量、输入参量和工作参量,识别工作机制潜在的风险因素,形成安全作业流程图;最后结合模板工程进行应用分析,以验证该方法可实施性。结果表明,用该方法分析安全作业流程,能获得现场危险因素各阶段变化信息,为整个生产过程的安全控制提供支持。
In order to improve the status quo of safety in the construction industry, this paper proposes a construction safety production technology method integrating civil engineering and safety science and technology. First, the construction process as a starting point, the decomposition of the entire production process, access to include multiple process steps of the process flow chart; and then analyze the various process steps control parameters, input parameters and working parameters, identify potential risk factors working mechanism to form a safe Work flow chart; Finally, combined with template engineering application analysis to verify the feasibility of the method. The results show that using this method to analyze the safety work flow can obtain the information of the changes of the various stages of on-site risk factors and provide support for the safety control of the whole production process.
