煤矿井下巷道喷浆施工使用传统的干喷作业,存在喷浆作业效率低、粉尘浓度高、回弹料高等问题,严重制约矿井的发展。结合济宁三号煤矿现状及其特有的有利条件,研究一套适合济宁三号煤矿湿式喷浆机械装备,实现喷浆作业全面机械化,提高劳动效率,保证职工健康。应用和推广湿喷技术,对于在矿山支护作业中减少空气中粉尘含量,提高喷层质量和强度,减少回弹水泥量等等,都具有积极的意义,符合国家节能减排的政策要求,对于矿山建设的可持续发展具有重要的作用和意义。

Combined with the current situation of Jining No.3 coal mine and its unique favorable conditions, a suit of wet spraying equipment suitable for Jining No. 3 coal mine was studied to realize full mechanization of spraying operation, improve labor efficiency and ensure employee health.
