结合廊坊地区典型的路面基层材料,对几种常用的二灰稳定碎石配合比进行试验研究,以探讨温度变化对其各项路用性能的影响。通过对二灰稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度、室内抗压回弹模量以及劈裂强度(间接抗拉强度)的研究,结果表明:二灰稳定碎石在强度形成期内,若养生温度低于标准养生温度,则其各项路用性能均会受不同程度的影响,最终会导致道路的使用功能下降。由此可见,施工养生温度必须尽量接近标养温度,以确保二灰稳定碎石在其相应龄期内能达到设计要求,最终实现工程施工与室内设计相统一,保证其呈现出良好的路用性能。
Based on the typical pavement base materials in Langfang area, several commonly used lime-flyash stabilized gravel mixes were tested to investigate the influence of temperature changes on each road performance. Through the research on the unconfined compressive strength, compressive resilience modulus and splitting strength (indirect tensile strength) of lime-flyash stabilized macadam, the results show that if lime-lime stabilized macadam If the temperature is lower than the standard temperature, the performance of each road will be affected to different degrees, which will eventually lead to the decline of the function of the road. Thus, the construction of health temperature must be as close to the standard temperature to ensure that the lime-lime stabilized gravel at its appropriate age to meet the design requirements, and ultimately achieve the unity of engineering construction and interior design to ensure that it presents a good road performance.
