茶文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,集中体现了中国传统文化的精髓,在当今社会,更多的教育领域工作者开始研究茶文化,并逐渐开发其具有的管理价值、教育价值,茶文化结合了儒释道三家的思想,在当今高职院校的教育管理中,其作用十分显著。茶文化的和谐、真挚、高洁等精神,能够很好的约束人们的行为,提升管理者的综合素质。本文以高职学校教育管理人员素质提升为研宄内容,针对茶文化在其中的运用进行几方面分析。 Tea culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture.
