教师队伍的建设是“立园之本”。整合教师力量,构建一支“研修型团队”是我园促进幼儿教师专业成长、凸显幼儿园特色和推广幼儿园品牌行之有效的方法。近年来,我园开展了多次构建“研修型团队”的实践活动,尝试以“总体引领,层层带动”的方法来凝练教师队伍,推动教师的专业成长。一、建立教师个人成长档案,关注自身发展方向。
