心理健康,是指一个人的心理活动、思想情绪经常保持积极的状态,能经受外界不利因素的刺激,适应各种环境。其核心,就是对社会、对人生乃至对自己某些方面的缺陷,有正确的认识,情感、意志和人格特征较健全。要保持心理健康,最根本的就是要客观地认识现实、面对现实和适应现实。不管社会压力、生活打击、工作挫折如何沉重和巨大,都要以平常之心去对待,始终保持乐观的情绪,同时学会幽默,学会放弃,学会遗忘,学会宽容。
