顶空气相色谱法测定白芍甘草提取物中有机溶剂残留量

目的采用顶空气相色谱法测定白芍、甘草提取物中因大孔吸附树脂带入的正己烷、苯、甲苯、乙基苯、二甲苯(间二甲苯,对二甲苯,邻二甲苯)、苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯类等有机溶剂残留量。方法采用CP-WAX毛细管(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm)色谱柱;氢火焰离子化检测器;程序升温;进行顶空气相色谱测定。结果 9种有机溶剂完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内相关系数均大于0.999以上;回收率为94.7%~106.9%;检测限为0.03~0.20μg·m L-1。结论该方法简便易行,测定结果准确可靠,可作为白芍、甘草提取物中大孔吸附树脂残留物的测定方法。 OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of n-hexane, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene (m-xylene, p-xylene, o-xylene) brought by macroporous resin in white peony root and licorice extract by headspace gas chromatography Styrene, divinylbenzene and other organic solvents residues. Methods CP-WAX capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) was used. The flame ionization detector was used. The temperature was programmed and the headspace gas chromatography was performed. Results The nine organic solvents were completely separated. The correlation coefficients were all above 0.999 in the range of the concentrations investigated. The recoveries ranged from 94.7% to 106.9%. The detection limits were 0.03-0.20 μg · m L-1. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate and the determination results are accurate and reliable. It can be used as a method for the determination of macroporous adsorption resin residues in Radix Paeonia Lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza Extract.
