目的 :探讨末端病发病时机体的保护性反应机制。方法 :采用 13只体重均为 2 0 0g左右的Wistar雄性大鼠 ,随机分为对照组 5只、造模组 8只。造模组采用“电击跳跃法”造模 4周后处死 ,取其双侧后足跟腱末端 ,用ABC法进行HSP70的检测 ,最后用HPIAS - 2 0 0 0型图像分析系统进行图像分析。结果 :对照组大鼠跟腱未见明显的HSP70表达。而造模组跟腱末端区可见大量的表达信号 :腱围组织、跟骨骨髓和腱骨关节面软骨的细胞有较强表达 ;在纤维软骨区和脂肪垫区有中等强度的阳性信号 ;在跟腱周围的腱细胞有一定的阳性信号 ;而在跟腱中央部的腱细胞、钙化软骨区、跟骨区以及跟骨内软骨岛等部位无阳性信号。结论 :末端区HSP70表达是末端病中机体的适应性反应之一。HSP70的表达与局部承受负荷状况、血液供应状况、局部细胞凋亡的状况等因素有关
Objective: To explore the protective response mechanism of the body when the terminal disease occurs. Methods: Thirteen male Wistar rats weighing about 200 g were randomly divided into control group (n = 5) and model group (n = 8). The model rats were killed 4 weeks after the model was established by “electroshock jump method”. The distal ends of the Achilles tendons of both sides were harvested, and the HSP70 was detected by ABC method. Finally, the images were analyzed by HPIAS - 2000 type image analysis system. Results: There was no obvious HSP70 expression in Achilles tendon in control group. The model group Achilles tendon terminal area showed a large number of expression signals: tendon circumference, calcaneus bone marrow and tendon bone articular cartilage cells were strongly expressed in the fibrous cartilage area and fat pad area with a moderate positive signal; in the Achilles tendon cells around the tendon cells have a positive signal; and in the Achilles tendon central tendon cells, calcified cartilage area, calcaneus and calcaneal island and other parts of the site no positive signal. Conclusion: The expression of HSP70 in the terminal region is one of the adaptive reactions in the terminal disease. The expression of HSP70 is related to the local load-bearing status, the status of blood supply and the status of local apoptosis
