[目的]研究纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用。[方法]分析118例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料,随机分为研究组(60例)和对照组(58例),研究组术中注射纳米碳混悬液。对两组患者的血钙、甲状旁腺素水平进行比较分析。[结果]研究组甲状旁腺误切率为1.7%,对照组为5.2%(P=0.587);一过性低钙血症发生率分别为3.3%和15.5%(P=0.023);永久性低钙血症发生率分别为0和1.7%(P=0.492);PTH暂时性减低发生率分别为3.3%和12.0%(P=0.140);PTH永久性减低发生率分别为0和1.7%低(P=0.492)。[结论 ]纳米碳甲状旁腺负显影技术在甲状腺癌根治术尤其双侧甲状腺全切除术中可有效保护甲状旁腺。
[Objective] To study the application of Nano-carbon negative parathyroid imaging in radical thyroidectomy. [Methods] The clinical data of 118 patients with thyroid cancer were analyzed. They were randomly divided into study group (60 cases) and control group (58 cases). The study group was injected with nano-carbon suspension intraoperatively. The levels of serum calcium and parathyroid hormone in two groups were compared. [Results] The false-parathyroid rate was 1.7% in the study group and 5.2% in the control group (P = 0.587). The rates of transient hypocalcemia were 3.3% and 15.5% (P = 0.023) The incidence of hypocalcemia was 0 and 1.7%, respectively (P = 0.492). The incidence of transient hypothyroidism was 3.3% and 12.0%, respectively (P = 0.140). The incidence of permanent PTH was 0 and 1.7% respectively (P = 0.492). [Conclusion] Nano-carbon negative parathyroid imaging technique can effectively protect the parathyroid gland in radical thyroidectomy, especially bilateral total thyroidectomy.
