北京低山区的土壤水分具有不均一性 ,同一地点、同一土层 30个样点的土壤含水量的变异系数为 0 0 92～ 0 2 4 9。土壤水分动态变化规律 ,可分为 6个时期 :冬春期、春旱时期、雨季前期、盛雨期、雨季后期和秋冬期 ;土壤温度动态变化也可分为 6个时期 :冬春期、春暖期、高温前期、高温期、高温后期和秋冬期。北京土壤温度属温性土壤温度状况。
