目的观察大蓟和小蓟对脓毒症休克大鼠心功能和血浆炎症因子的影响。方法复制脓毒症休克大鼠模型,用BL-420生物机能实验系统测定大鼠血流动力学改变,ELISA法检测血浆IL-1β、TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果脓毒症休克模型组大鼠心功能显著降低,血浆IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平显著升高;大蓟干预后,大鼠心功能显著低于模型组,血浆炎症因子水平与模型组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。小蓟干预后,大鼠心功能有所恢复,IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低。结论在治疗脓毒症休克大鼠的过程中,大蓟主要发挥降压作用,而小蓟主要发挥抗炎作用。
Objective To observe the effects of the thistle and the thistle on heart function and plasma inflammatory factors in septic shock rats. Methods The rat model of septic shock was duplicated. The hemodynamic changes of the rats were determined by the BL-420 bio-functional test system. The levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by ELISA. Results The heart function of rats in sepsis shock model was significantly decreased, the levels of plasma IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly increased. After the intervention of the thistle, the cardiac function of rats was significantly lower than that of the model group and the plasma levels of inflammatory cytokines Compared with the model group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). After the intervention of thistle, heart function of rats recovered, and the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and IL-6 decreased. Conclusion During the treatment of septic shock rats, the main thistle play antihypertensive effect, while the thistle mainly anti-inflammatory effect.
