随着全球经济一体化的发展,国际工程设计、总承包项目在国内外遍地开花。如何适应国际工程设计特殊要求,加强设计过程管理,是目前国内设计公司面临的一个重要难题。本文以华晨宝马汽车有限公司新建发动机工厂项目为例,从项目设计流程、设计进度以及设计质量管理的角度对国内外工程项目的差异性进行比对,展示了国际工程项目的更高要求。通过项目工程实践,制定了一套适合在国际多元化背景下开展国际工程设计的管理流程,具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the development of global economic integration, international engineering design and general contracting projects have blossomed at home and abroad. How to adapt to the special requirements of international engineering design and to strengthen the design process management is an important challenge for domestic design companies. In this paper, the new engine plant project of BMW Brilliance Automotive Co., Ltd. is taken as an example to compare the differences of domestic and foreign engineering projects from the perspective of project design flow, design progress and design quality management, demonstrating the higher requirements of international engineering projects. Through the practice of project engineering, a set of management procedures suitable for carrying out international engineering design under the background of international diversification has been formulated, which is of certain reference significance.
