校园安全工作与学生健康成长息息相关。与学校其他管理工作相比,安全工作的特点是量大、涉及面广。它是一项长期、艰巨、复杂的系统工程,需要构建一个全面、协调、可持续发展的长效工作机制。本文认为,健全组织,落实安全责任;注重预防,加强细节管理;深化教育,树立生命意识,有助于真正打造平安校园。 Campus safety is closely related to the healthy growth of students. Compared with other management work in schools, the safety work is characterized by a large quantity and extensive coverage. It is a long-term, arduous and complex systematic project that requires building a long-term working mechanism that is comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable. This paper argues that to improve the organization and implement the safety responsibility; pay attention to prevention, strengthen the detail management; deepen education, establish a sense of life, help to truly create a safe campus.
