通过对228名公安院校在读大学生进行调查统计分析,结果表明:公安院校大学生学习动机的水平处于中等偏上的水平,公安院校大学生学习动机的性别、专业、专业选择和就业前景感差异不显著,学习动机的部分维度在年级、籍贯和学习成绩上存在一定的差异。基于上述研究有针对性地提出了提升公安院校大学生学习动机的策略,希望相关研究结果能对公安教育工作者以有益的启发和思考。
Through the investigation and analysis of 228 undergraduates in public security colleges and universities, the results show that the level of motivation of undergraduates in public security colleges and universities is above the middle level, and the differences in gender, profession, professional choice and employment prospects of students in public security colleges and universities are different Not significant, part of the learning motivation in the grade, birthplace and academic performance there are some differences. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the motivation of undergraduates in public security colleges and hopes that the relevant research results can give some useful inspiration and reflection to the public security educators.
