本文通过对宁波LB有限公司从创立到建立分厂,再到后来的经营不善而导致公司经营权转让并实现重生的过程进行了梳理,在此基础上,运用企业能力理论框架厘清宁波LB有限公司企业能力的发展内容和发展路径,分析企业能力发展对企业成长的影响。我们发现,一个公司领导者无论是对公司经营战略的决策,还是在公司内部机构设置,人员管理的问题,都会直接影响一个公司的能力,从而决定了公司的兴衰。
The paper sorts up the process of the transfer of the management rights of the company and the rebirth after the establishment of Ningbo LB Co., Ltd. from the establishment to the establishment of the factory, and then to the poor management.
