采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）的检测方法，于１９９４年８～１２月对包头市城区３５６名婚检妇女进行了风疹病毒抗体测定，发现抗风疹病毒ＩｇＧ抗体阳性率为８２．０２％，表明包头市城区婚检妇女中风疹易感者较多；抗风疹病毒ＩｇＭ抗体均阴性，说明包头市近期无风疹流行。
Rubella virus was detected in 356 premarital women in Baotou City from August to December 1994 by ELISA. The positive rate of anti-rubella virus IgG antibody was 82.02% Baotou City, premarital women in premarital women susceptible to more; anti-rubella virus IgM antibodies were negative, indicating no recent epidemic rubella in Baotou.
