采用磷酸铵镁(MAP)结晶法回收养猪沼液中的氮、磷等营养元素并探索各因素对回收效果的影响包括药剂组合、物质摩尔比、pH和混合能。结果表明选择MgSO_4和Na_2HPO_4的药剂组合时,氨氮回收效果最好。镁氮比对NH_4~+-N回收效率的影响不显著,pH和磷氮比是影响回收效果的主要因素。在连续流反应器中最适宜的pH为8.5~9.0最优的物质摩尔比n(Mg~(2+)):n(NH_4~+):n(PO_4~(3-))=1.1:1.0:0.85此时NH_4~+-N的回收率能达到74.3%,出水PO_4~(3-)质量浓度为3.80 mg/L,PO_4~(3-)使用率达到99%。对于回收产品采用化学剖析法测定其纯度,均在91%以上。经济效益分析表明,采用连续流MAP结晶反应器处理养猪沼液回收营养元素时费用低于常规处理技术。
The nutrient elements such as nitrogen and phosphorus in pig biogas slurry were recovered by MAP crystallization method and the effects of various factors on recovery were investigated including the combination of pharmaceutical agents, molar ratio of substance, pH and mixing energy. The results showed that ammonia nitrogen recovery was the best when choosing the combination of MgSO 4 and Na 2 HPO 4. The effect of Mg / N ratio on NH 4 + -N recovery efficiency was insignificant, and pH and P / N ratio were the main factors affecting the recovery efficiency. The optimal molar ratio of n (Mg ~ (2 +)): n (NH_4 ~ +): n (PO_4 ~ (3)) = 1.1: 1.0 : 0.85, the recovery rate of NH_4 ~ + -N can reach 74.3%, the effluent concentration of PO_4 ~ (3-) is 3.80 mg / L and the utilization rate of PO_4 ~ (3-) reaches 99%. For the recovery of products using chemical analysis of its purity, were above 91%. Economic analysis shows that the use of continuous flow MAP crystallization reactor pigs biogas processing nutrient recovery costs lower than the conventional treatment technology.
