介绍了以液晶LipBH_xB[双-(对-己氧基苯甲酸)邻-甲基-对苯二酚酯]和石墨化炭黑STH-2为混合固定相,成功地分离了氯甲苯异构体,即邻、间、对-氯甲苯。与其他方法相比,这种方法的选择性提高了5%,并且将其应用于医药中间体双氯灭痛的原料邻氯苯乙酸的合成技术中。文中同时探讨了这一固定相的分离机理。这一方法的提出,扩大了液晶和石墨化炭黑的应用领域,为氯甲苯异构体的分离开辟了一条新的途径,为与氯甲苯异构体有关的化学工业及其研究提供了较大的帮助。
In this paper, the liquid phase of LipBH_xB [bis (p-hexyloxybenzoate) o-methyl-hydroquinone] and graphitized carbon black STH-2 were used as the stationary phases to separate chlorotoluene isomers , That is, o-, m-, p-chlorotoluene. Compared with other methods, the selectivity of this method is improved by 5%, and it is applied to the synthesis of o-chlorophenylacetic acid, the raw material of diclofenac, a pharmaceutical intermediate. The separation mechanism of this stationary phase is also discussed in this paper.
