在矿山机械设计或其它机械设计中,常碰到平键连接尺寸的设计。一般情况,要设计出三种零件(轴、轮毂、键)的有关公称尺寸,以及各公称尺寸的配合代号和公差数值。为此,就要找出设计手册中的四种表“平键键的剖面及键槽”(GB1095—72),“普通平键”(GB1096—72),“平键及半圆键公差与配合”(GB1100—72),“公差与配合”(GB160—59),选出有关的九种公称尺寸,再根据配合代号从公差数值表中查出公差数值。这种查表方法,既麻烦费时,也容易出差错。
