建立采用氮气驱动的弹射型悬挂发射装置的数学物理模型,用气体动力学理论分析了高压氮气从储气罐通过导气管道到弹射活塞腔室,驱动活塞推动悬挂物直至其完全脱离载机的整个运动过程。给出了对某型号悬挂发射装置的实例计算,讨论了不同结构参数对弹射性能的影响,为该系统的实际设计开发提供了理论依据。
A mathematic model of nitrogen-powered catapult-type suspension launcher was established. The gas pressure was used to analyze the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the gas tank to the ejection piston chamber by gas-pneumatic theory. The piston was driven to suspend the suspension until it completely separated from the carrier The whole movement process. An example calculation of a certain type of suspension launcher is given. The influence of different structural parameters on ejection performance is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the actual design and development of the system.
