采用ProCAST软件,对镁合金手机后盖压铸过程进行了模拟。镁合金液在充填过程中多处存在交汇,前沿较冷的合金液在型腔内部汇集,和最后充填部位在型腔的内部产生卷气,影响镁合金液的充填效果。去除上下通孔,增加引流槽,镁合金液交汇的现象减少,较冷的合金液在型腔内部汇集的现象消失,但最后填充区域仍在型腔内部。连通中间的通孔,在最后充填的部分开设溢流槽,解决了镁合金液在充填过程中的问题。实际铸件的外观检测和X射线检测表明,优化后的模具设计方案合理。

Magnesium alloy liquid in the filling process there are many intersections, the front of the colder alloy liquid pooling in the cavity, and the final filling site in the cavity of the internal volume of gas generated, affecting the filling effect of magnesium alloy liquid. Remove the upper and lower through-holes to increase the drainage groove, magnesium alloy liquid to reduce the convergence of the phenomenon of colder liquid alloy pool in the cavity disappear, but the last filling area is still inside the cavity. Through the middle of the through-hole, opened in the last filling part of the overflow groove to solve the magnesium alloy liquid in the filling process. The appearance of the actual casting inspection and X-ray examination showed that the optimized mold design is reasonable.
