为探讨小儿危重病血清组织释放酶改变及其临床意义,将118例患儿按危重病例评分值分为-100分,-80分,0-70分3组.其中死亡20例,存活98例.应用欧林巴斯AU-1000型全自动生化分析仪分别测定患儿血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及同功酶(LD-I)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)及同功酶(CPK-MB)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、γ-谷氨酸转肽酶(γ-GT)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(αHBD),结果表明:-100分组血清10种酶值大多在正常范围,与正常健康儿童对照无显著差异(P>0.05);-80分和0-70分2组酶值明显高于正常健康儿童(P<0,01),评分值越低,病情越重,各种酶越高;死亡组酶值高于存活组(P<0.01).测定血清组织释放酶,对危重儿童病情判断及预后有参考价值.
In order to explore the changes of Serum Tissue Releasing Enzyme in children with critical illness, 118 children were divided into three groups according to their critical cases score of -100, -80 and 0-70. Among them, 20 died and 98 survived. Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and isozyme LD-I, CPK and CPK-MB, AKP, ACP, γ-GT, , Α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (αHBD). The results showed that most of the 10 enzymes in -100 group were in the normal range and had no significant difference with normal healthy children (P> 0.05) -70 scores were significantly higher than those in normal healthy children (P <0,01). The lower the scores, the heavier the disease and the higher the various enzymes; the higher the death rate was (P <0.01) ). Determination of serum tissue release of enzymes, critically ill children’s judgment and prognosis of reference value.
