我国许多城市正处在社会转型阶段,产业结构调整已经转向郊区发展,留下了大量的闲置旧工业建筑,这是一个迫切需要解决的问题,武汉市也不例外。要使老工业建筑生存发展,必须找到适应新形势下,通过“活化利用”改造废弃的旧工业建筑,使他们拥有新的功能,重新利用。旧工业建筑价值分为历史价值和使用价值。根据这两种价值来判别旧工业再利用时,应采取哪种对策,提出了一些改进建议。
Many cities in our country are in the stage of social transformation. The adjustment of industrial structure has shifted to suburban development, leaving a large number of idle old industrial buildings. This is an urgent problem to be solved. Wuhan is no exception. In order to survive and develop the old industrial buildings, we must find suitable ways to transform the abandoned old industrial buildings to new functions and re-use them under the new situation. The value of old industrial buildings is divided into historical value and use value. According to these two values to determine the old industrial reuse, what kind of countermeasures should be taken, put forward some suggestions for improvement.
