目的探讨HLA-Ⅰ、CD68和CD3抗原在胃癌及周围淋巴结的表达。方法胃癌组织30例,胃重度不典型增生组织30例做对照。周围淋巴结共40个。用抗HLA-Ⅰ、CD68和CD3的单克隆抗体采用SP法做免疫组化分析。结果阳性组织中细胞膜和细胞浆着色。HLA-Ⅰ抗原阳性表达率胃癌组织为16.67%,胃不典型增生组织为40%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD68阳性表达率为36.67%,胃不典型增生组织为26.67%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD3阳性表达率为20%,胃不典型增生组织为36.67%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋巴结CD68阳性表达率为20%,CD3阳性表达率为35%。HLA-Ⅰ和CD68、CD3三者表达呈直线相关关系。结论胃癌HLA-Ⅰ表达下降,HLA-Ⅰ和CD68、CD3浸润有相关关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of HLA-Ⅰ, CD68 and CD3 antigens in gastric cancer and peripheral lymph nodes. Methods Thirty patients with gastric cancer and 30 patients with severe gastric dysplasia were used as controls. A total of 40 surrounding lymph nodes. Anti-HLA-Ⅰ, CD68 and CD3 monoclonal antibody by SP method for immunohistochemical analysis. Results Positive staining of cell membrane and cytoplasm. The positive rate of HLA-Ⅰ antigen was 16.67% in gastric cancer tissues and 40% in gastric atypical hyperplasia tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the positive rate of CD68 was 36.67%, the rate of gastric atypical hyperplasia was 26.67 %, Respectively. There was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). The positive expression rate of CD3 was 20% and the gastric atypical hyperplasia was 36.67%. There was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). Lymphatic CD68 positive expression rate was 20%, CD3 positive expression rate was 35%. The expressions of HLA-Ⅰ, CD68 and CD3 showed a linear correlation. Conclusion The expression of HLA-Ⅰ in gastric cancer is decreased, and the correlation between HLA-Ⅰ and CD68 and CD3 infiltration.
