目的探究疏风通络法治疗哮喘的临床疗效。方法 60例哮喘患者随机分组。对照组30例用西药治疗,观察组30例在西药治疗的基础上应用疏风通络法治疗,对比2组患者的临床疗效、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及肺功能。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%显著高于对照组的70.00%,嗜酸性粒细胞计数及肺功能指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗的基础上加用疏风通络疗法可有效改善患者的肺功能及临床症状。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Tongluo Therapy for asthma. Methods Sixty asthma patients were randomized. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. Thirty patients in the observation group were treated with Shufeng Tongluo on the basis of western medicine. Clinical efficacy, eosinophil count and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (70.00%). Eosinophil count and pulmonary function index were significantly better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of Shufeng Tongluo based on western medicine can effectively improve the patients’ lung function and clinical symptoms.
