在千克级回转窑中研究提质过程多种工艺因素对宝日褐煤粒度分布及碎裂/粉化程度的影响.结果表明:随提质温度的升高(120~700℃),产物中保持粒级(25~13 mm)的比率由86.62%降至4.32%,碎裂粒群(13~1mm)和粉化粒群(-1mm)的比率分别由9.51%,3.87%增至80.05%,15.63%,并以13~6mm和-0.075mm粒级的变化最为显著.褐煤的碎裂及粉化还随回转速率、保温时间及入料粒度的增加而升高.运用灰色关联方法分析4种因素对碎裂程度的影响权重依次为:温度>粒度>转速>时间;对粉化的影响依次为:温度>转速>时间>粒度.结合分析上述因素影响热碎的内在诱因如水汽-挥发分析出、机械力、间接强化、对颗粒材料抗力及内部气阻等的影响,建立了回转窑提质过程褐煤碎裂-粉化历程描述模型.
The effect of various process factors on the particle size distribution and fragmentation / pulverization of Baoji lignite was studied in a kilogram-class rotary kiln.The results showed that with the increase of the temperature (120 ~ 700 ℃) The ratio of grain size (25 ~ 13 mm) decreased from 86.62% to 4.32%, and the ratios of chippings (13 ~ 1mm) and chalking population (-1mm) increased from 9.51% and 3.87% to 80.05% 15.63% with the granularity of 13 ~ 6mm and -0.075mm.The lignification and chalking of lignite also increased with the increase of the rotation rate, holding time and feed grain size.Using the gray correlation analysis, The order of influence on the degree of fragmentation was temperature> granularity> rotational speed> time, and the influence on powdering was: temperature> rotational speed> time> granularity. Combining the above factors, Out, mechanical force, indirect strengthening, the resistance to particulate materials and internal air resistance, the description model of lignite fragmentation-pulverization in rotary kiln upgrading process was established.
