对柔性人工保护盘进行了多参数的冲击荷载数值分析 ,设计了钢丝绳网承载结构和缓冲装置。通过在铜川局鸭口矿副井二水平延深工程中的应用和工业性试验表明 ,柔性人工保护盘施工工艺简单 ,结构紧凑 ,占用井筒高度小 ,承载力大 ,缓冲性强 ,且辅助工程量小 ,拆装方便省时 ,对生产影响小。
The multi-parameter impact load numerical analysis of the flexible artificial protection disc was carried out, and the bearing structure of steel wire rope and the buffer device were designed.
