为使某零件(6061)硬质阳极化处理达到规定的指标,即膜层显微硬度HV0.1≥250,膜层厚度为0.04μm~0.06μm,以此为目标,借鉴成熟的铸造铝合金材料ZL114A硬质阳极化经验,制定了工艺方案,并对方案进行试验比对,对影响因素进行了分析和验证,最终取得了稳定、满足使用标准的硬质阳极化工艺参数,现已成功应用于某机型的批生产中。
