随着我国铁路建设规模的不断扩大,特别是高速铁路快速发展并大量建设,路基工程越来越显示出其特殊的重要性,路基质量的优劣很大程度上决定着整个项目建设的成败,更是极大地关系着铁路运营的安全。路基压实质量控制的目的是对路基的承载能力和沉降变形进行控制,保持线路稳定平顺,保证列车能安全、舒适、高速运行,而控制和检测压实质量的标准、方法和设备,则是保证压实质量的有效途径和措施。K30平板载荷试验,作为一种检测路基压实质量的成熟有效的现场试验方法,目前已广泛地应用于铁路路基现场施工。本文中,笔者主要对铁路路基施工现场的K30检测方法进行研究,希望能够给铁路建设工作人员提供参考。
With the continuous expansion of China’s railway construction scale, especially the rapid development and mass construction of high-speed railway, subgrade construction has shown its special importance more and more. The quality of subgrade largely determines the success or failure of the entire project construction. It is also greatly related to the safety of railway operations. The purpose of roadbed compaction quality control is to control the bearing capacity of roadbed and settlement deformation, to keep the line stable and smooth, to ensure the train can be safe, comfortable and high-speed operation. The standards, methods and equipment for controlling and testing the compaction quality are Effective ways and measures to ensure compaction quality. As a mature and effective field test method for testing subgrade compaction quality, K30 plate load test has been widely used in on-site construction of railway subgrade. In this paper, I mainly study the K30 testing method of railway subgrade construction site, hoping to provide railway construction staff with reference.
