为了研究箱梁桥合龙段混凝土温度场变化,以西安西咸新区红光路沣河大桥为研究对象,对合龙段施工期间混凝土温度场进行了原位测试。实测结果表明:(1)混凝土温度变化分为明显的两个阶段:升温阶段与降温阶段,混凝土温升值最大达到51.22℃;(2)混凝土内外存在温差,最大可达27.42℃,混凝土表面与环境温度之间最大可达24.06℃;(3)在混凝土出现温度峰值后,第一天的降温可达16.20℃。这些参数表明需要对合龙段施工进行温度控制以避免裂纹的出现。
In order to study the change of temperature field of concrete in the box girder bridge, the concrete temperature field during the construction of the section was tested in situ by taking the Huanghe Bridge of Hongguang Road in Xixian New District of Xi’an as the research object. The results show that: (1) The concrete temperature change is divided into two distinct stages: the temperature rise and cooling stage, the maximum temperature of concrete reaches 51.22 ℃; (2) There is temperature difference between the inside and outside of concrete, up to 27.42 ℃, concrete surface and environment The maximum temperature between up to 24.06 ℃; (3) in the concrete peak temperature, the first day of cooling up to 16.20 ℃. These parameters indicate the need for temperature control of the closure section to avoid the occurrence of cracks.
