耳鸣是临床上常见的症状,目前对产生耳鸣的病变位置及病理机制还缺乏深刻的了解。为探讨涉及耳鸣的不同因素之间的关系,现将我科1982年诊治的主观性耳鸣150例分析报告于下。临床资料本组男性90例,女性60例,男女之比为3:2。双侧耳鸣60例,左侧耳鸣52例,右侧耳鸣38例。9岁1例,10～20岁11例,21～30岁33例,31～40岁41例,41～50岁40例,51～60岁21例,61～64岁3例,21～50岁的病例共占76％。发病时间:一个月以内者48例,半年以内者31例,1年者17例,2年者16例,3～12年者皆有,但例数少。持续性耳鸣者58例,间断性者37例,不清者55例。有二种似上音调或
