目的探究Livin、ARID1A、Apaf-1蛋白在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌(CSCC)中的表达及其临床病理特征与预后意义。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院病理科存档的146例CSCC标本作为子宫颈癌组,并选取同期实施子宫全切术的44例子宫肌瘤患者宫颈组织作为对照组,均以免疫组化法检测Livin、Apaf-1和ARID1A蛋白表达。观察比较Livin、ARID1A、Apaf-1蛋白在CSCC中的表达及其临床病理特征与预后关系。结果与对照组相比,子宫颈癌组Livin、ARID1A阳性率较高,Apaf-1阳性率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Livin在CSCC中的表达与FIGO分期、淋巴结是否转移、脉管是否浸润联系密切,FIGOⅠ期、淋巴结转移及脉管浸润Livin阳性表达率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Apaf-1在CSCC中的表达与淋巴结是否转移有关,淋巴结转移Apaf-1阳性表达率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Apaf-1阳性组CSCC总生存期明显高于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Livin阳性组CSCC总生存期明显低于阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Apaf-1、ARID1A、Livin均参与CSCC癌变过程,且Apaf-1、ARID1A与其临床病理特征联系密切,可作为预后判定指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of Livin, ARID1A and Apaf-1 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CSCC) and their clinicopathological features and prognostic significance. Methods Totally 146 cases of CSCC archived in Department of Pathology, First People’s Hospital of Nanyang City were enrolled as cervical cancer group and 44 cases of uterine fibroid patients undergoing hysterectomy were selected as control group. All of them were detected by immunohistochemistry Livin, Apaf-1 and ARID1A protein expression. To observe the expression of Livin, ARID1A, Apaf-1 protein in CSCC and its clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis. Results Compared with the control group, the positive rates of Livin and ARID1A in cervical cancer group were higher and the positive rate of Apaf-1 was lower in cervical cancer group (P <0.05). The expression of Livin in CSCC was positively correlated with FIGO stage, (P <0.05). The expression of Apaf-1 in CSCC correlated with the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive rate of Livin in FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion was significantly higher (P <0.05). The overall survival rate of Apaf-1 positive group was significantly higher than that of negative group (P <0.05). The positive rate of Apaf-1 in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in negative group The overall survival of CSCC in Livin-positive group was significantly lower than that in the negative group (P <0.05). Conclusions Both Apaf-1, ARID1A and Livin are involved in the carcinogenesis of CSCC. Apaf-1 and ARID1A are closely related to their clinicopathological features and may be used as prognostic indicators.
