民用飞机的系统结构复杂、维修任务类型繁多,给实际的维修规划带来很多难题,发展智能化的技术方法的需求迫切。本文主要针对维修规划制定过程中,应用方面的维修工卡技术,提出了MV1电子工卡系统。该系统的设计大大提升了飞机维修的工作效率、降低维修成本,同时也减轻了对环境造成的压力,为维修规划制定过程中维修策略的实施,提供新的技术参考。
The system structure of civil aircraft is complex, and the types of maintenance tasks are numerous, which brings many difficulties to the actual maintenance planning. The demand for developing intelligent technical methods is urgent. This article is mainly for the maintenance planning process, the application of maintenance card technology, put forward the MV1 electronic card system. The design of the system greatly improves the working efficiency of aircraft maintenance, reduces the maintenance cost, and reduces the pressure on the environment at the same time, providing a new technical reference for the implementation of the maintenance strategy in the maintenance planning process.
