为探讨急性低压缺氧对免疫系统影响,将昆明种小白鼠分为3组,急性低压缺氧5km30min,60min及地面对照组。实验组在5km分别停留30min,60min后,下降至地面,处死。应用3H-TdR掺入法检测淋巴细胞增殖水平;应用小鼠胸腺细胞增殖法测定IL-1,IL-2活性;应用小鼠骨髓细胞增殖法检测IL-3活性。结果急性低压缺氧5km30min,60min组与地面对照组比较:ConA的增殖反应,IL-1及IL-2活性有差异(P<0.05),LPS的增殖反应、IL-3活性无差异(P>0.05);急性低压缺氧5km60min组与30min组比较ConA和LPS的增殖反应,IL-1,IL-2,IL-3活性无差异(P>0.05)。提示5km急性低压缺氧对细胞免疫有抑制作用,对体液免疫无影响。
To explore the effect of acute hypobaric hypoxia on the immune system, Kunming mice were divided into three groups: acute hypobaric hypoxia 5km30min 60min and ground control group. The experimental group stayed in 5km respectively 30min, 60min later, dropped to the ground and executed. The proliferation of lymphocytes was detected by 3H-TdR incorporation method. The activity of IL-1 and IL-2 was detected by mouse thymocyte proliferation assay. The activity of IL-3 was detected by mouse bone marrow cell proliferation assay. Results The acute hypobaric hypoxia 5km30min, 60min group compared with the ground control group: ConA proliferative response, IL-1 and IL-2 activity were different (P <0.05), LPS proliferative response, IL-3 activity was no difference P> 0.05). The proliferative responses of ConA and LPS in acute hypobaric hypoxia 5km 60min group and 30min group were no significant difference (P> 0.05) between IL-1, IL-2 and IL-3 activity. Tip 5km acute hypobaric hypoxia inhibited cellular immunity, no impact on humoral immunity.
