零件质量的稳定性是保证整车质量的重要环节。针对量产过程中零件质量问题解决效率低,重复性高的特点,基于零件质量管理工作实际,综合运用TOPSIS和熵值法建立评估模型,对零件供应商进行综合评价,并在此基础上对供应商进行有针对性的质量帮扶,使质量问题解决效率得到有效提高,避免潜在质量风险。以中德合资公司外饰零件管理为例,评价结果得出供应商S4有潜在的零件质量问题风险,通过质量帮扶,解决了生产过程中S4的质量问题,避免了潜在质量风险。
The stability of parts quality is an important part of ensuring vehicle quality. To solve the problem of low quality and high repeatability of parts quality in the process of mass production, based on the actual work of parts quality management, a comprehensive evaluation model of TOPSIS and entropy method was established to evaluate the parts suppliers. On the basis of this, Suppliers targeted the quality of help, so that the efficiency of quality problems can be effectively improved to avoid potential quality risks. Taking the exterior parts management of Sino-German joint-venture company as an example, the evaluation result shows that supplier S4 poses a potential risk of parts quality problem. Through the help of quality, the quality problem of S4 in the production process is solved and the potential quality risk is avoided.
