目的:建立金花消痤颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中主要药物金银花、黄芩、栀子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定处方中金银花中的绿原酸的含量,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-0.4%磷酸水(92∶8)为流动相,检测波长为327 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测温度为25℃。结果:金花消痤颗粒中三味药物的薄层色谱斑点清晰,易于识别,专属性强;绿原酸在0.2850~14.25μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.33%,RSD=1.33%。结论:该实验所用方法灵敏度高,专属性强,简单易行,重复性好,能更有效的控制金花消痤颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Jinhua Xiao acne granules. Methods: The main drugs Honeysuckle, Scutellaria baicalensis and Gardenia jasminoides were identified by TLC. The content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The silane-bonded silica gel was used as the filler, acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid water (92: 8) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 327 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection temperature of 25 ℃. Results: The TLC spots of Sanwei drugs in Jinhuazhuo acne granules were clear, easily identifiable and specific. Chlorogenic acid had a linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.2850 ~ 14.25μg with the average recovery of 98.33%, RSD = 1.33%. Conclusion: The method used in this experiment has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, simple and easy operation, good repeatability and more effective control of the quality of Jinhua Xiao acne granules.
