提出双极性脉冲放电加工,似乎不合电火花加工常理,但是,我们赞同关于单次脉冲放电的多通道移动理论和实验结果。本文提出了采用没有间隔停歇时间的双极性脉冲参数的试验研究结果,阐述了双极性脉冲的放电特性及其特殊的工艺规律,并提出了放电通道的两种移动变化模型。研究认为,双极性重复脉冲放电通道具有移动变化的特征,采用反向脉冲来控制工作脉冲放电的空间移动分布,使放电间隙状态相对稳定,并在铜电极表面产生形成石墨化炭膜的“复盖”效应,从而导致较好的加工效果。
Proposed bipolar pulse EDM does not seem EDM common sense, but we agree with the theory and experimental results on the multi-channel single pulse discharge. In this paper, the experimental results of bipolar pulse parameters with no intermission time are presented. The discharge characteristics of bipolar pulse and its special process rule are expounded, and two kinds of movement variation models of discharge channel are proposed. The study shows that the bipolar repetitive pulse discharge channel has the characteristics of moving changes, and the reverse pulse is used to control the spatial movement distribution of the working pulse discharge, so that the discharge gap state is relatively stable, and the graphitized carbon film is formed on the surface of the copper electrode.
