利用AnyCasting软件对半固态ZL201合金触变压铸充型过程进行研究,模拟了不同一级、二级快压射速度,以及不同速度转换位置条件下半固态浆料的流动状态,并通过试验进行了验证。结果表明,随着一级、二级快压射速度的增加,速度转换位置的前移,半固态浆料的流动状态从层流向紊流过渡。对于试验零件,当一级快压射速度为0.1 m/s,二级快压射速度为1 m/s,在充型60%时进行速度转换,能够生产出合格的铸件。
The casting process of semi-solid ZL201 alloy by thixotrope casting was studied by AnyCasting software, and the flow state of semi-solid slurry at different velocity and second velocity was simulated and tested by experiments verification. The results show that with the increase of the velocity of first and second stage rapid injection and the advancement of the velocity conversion position, the flow of semi-solid slurry transitions from laminar to turbulent flow. For the test parts, when the first-stage quick-firing velocity is 0.1 m / s, the second-stage quick-firing velocity is 1 m / s, and the speed is changed at the filling of 60%, qualified castings can be produced.
