本文选取傈僳族F县N村这个偏僻村落为研究样本,在惩罚理论框架下探求羞辱控制定理。从偏僻村落社会中逐级递增的羞辱控制中,我们发现持续交往的社会关系传递羞辱信号,合作且对抗的社会关系整合羞辱信号。随着市场与国家对偏僻村落社会的渗透,国家庇护性关系、社会关系距离裂隙、工具性社会关系和贬值的道德性面子正改变着羞辱控制的合理边界。从偏僻村落社会控制中发现羞辱控制定理:其一,流言机制缩小纵向关系距离,减少广布罗网的羞辱策略;其二,谅解机制缩小横向关系距离,减少疏离怨恨的羞辱策略;其三,信息控制机制整合文化结构,减少信息失真的羞辱策略。惩罚不在乎必罚,而在乎必辱,辱不在乎烙印,而在乎整合,羞辱控制定理为在城乡摇摆之间的社会控制机制提供参考,为社区矫正提供理论边界和实施指标。
This article selects the remote village of N village, F county of Lisu nationality as a research sample, and explores the shame control theorem under the framework of punishment theory. From the gradual increase of stigmatization in remote villages, we find that the social relations of continuing contacts transmit humiliation signals, cooperative and confrontational social relations integrate and humiliate the signals. As market and state infiltration into secluded villages, the moral face of national patronage, social relations, fissures, instrumental social relations and depreciation are changing the reasonable boundaries of shame control. From the remote social control of villagers found that the shame control theorem: First, the gossip mechanism to reduce the vertical relationship distance, to reduce the broad network of shame strategies; Second, the mechanism of understanding to reduce the horizontal relationship distance, reducing the alienation of resentment strategies; Third, the information Control mechanisms Integrate cultural structures and reduce stigma of information distortion strategies. Punishment does not care about punishing, but cares about insulting, indifferent to stigma, and cares about integrating and humiliating the theorem of control as a reference to social control mechanisms that swing between urban and rural areas, providing theoretical boundaries and implementing indicators for community correction.
