在1 600℃高温下以2 m3/h通入Ar气保护的方法熔炼获得Fe-Ni-Co三元合金,并进行锻造。利用金相观察、X射线衍射与硬度测试对Fe-Ni-Co三元合金的组织形貌及晶体结构进行了研究。结果表明,在高温Ar气保护下熔炼Fe-NiCo三元合金能使合金的显微组织均匀;锻造后硬度(HV)最大可提高28.4;其组成相主要以Fe、Ni化合物为主,具体为FeNi3或Fe64Ni36,当Ni含量较少时,Ni元素则可能溶于CoFe化合物之中。
The Fe-Ni-Co ternary alloy was obtained by smelting at a high temperature of 1 600 ° C with Ar gas protection at 2 m3 / h and forging. The morphology and crystal structure of Fe-Ni-Co ternary alloy were studied by metallographic observation, X-ray diffraction and hardness testing. The results show that the microstructure of Fe-NiCo alloy can be homogenized by smelting Fe-NiCo ternary alloy under the protection of high temperature Ar gas. The maximum hardness (HV) can be increased by 28.4 after forging. The composition of the alloy mainly consists of Fe and Ni compounds, FeNi3 or Fe64Ni36, Ni elements may dissolve in CoFe compounds when Ni content is low.
